To ensure the best service for our customers and the proper care of our horses, we have established a straightforward purchasing and appointment process.

Viewing Appointments

All ranch visits are available by appointment only and are reserved for serious buyers. Many of our horses receive significant interest and may be sold quickly, so we encourage buyers to secure their horse as early as possible.

To schedule a viewing appointment, we require a 40% refundable reservation deposit. This allows us to:

  • Reserve the horse exclusively for you
  • Remove the horse from active sale listings
  • Provide dedicated time and attention during your visit
  • Ensure availability for evaluation and riding

If the horse does not meet your expectations during your visit, your deposit is fully refundable. If you find another horse within our program that better suits your needs, the deposit can be transferred to that horse.

Please note that a horse is only officially reserved when:

  • A reservation deposit has been received
  • A signed purchase agreement has been completed

This process helps ensure fairness for all buyers while protecting the availability of each horse.

Personal checks are accepted; however, horses cannot be released until funds have fully cleared, which may take up to 14 days.

Once you select your horse, our team will provide a detailed purchase agreement for review and signature. Most buyers prefer bank wire transfers because they allow us to confirm payment quickly and begin preparing transportation arrangements without delay.
